About Us
In the Beginning...
Physiofit was established in October 2005 in High Street, Launceston, in response to growing demand for more specialised physiotherapy services in the Launceston area.
Since that time, Physiofit has continued to grow, develop and expand to meet the ever growing need for quality, specialised services throughout the greater Launceston region and beyond.
Currently based at 305 Wellington Street, South Launceston, Physiofit continues to provide the Tasmanian community with a variety of allied health care services, delivered by caring, professional practitioners.
Today
Physiofit have a multi-disciplinary team of qualified staff providing physiotherapy, remedial massage, exercise physiology and personal training supported by a friendly and helpful administrative team.
We offer a comprehensive service which include services for the treatment of pelvic health, through all life stages; TMJ pain; occupational health; paediatric physiotherapy; and chronic medical conditions including osteoporosis, diabetes, heart disease, and arthritis.
Our services are provided on-site in our Launceston and Deloraine clinics and off-site at health and industry facilities.
Tomorrow
The team at Physiofit continue to update their qualifications and skills to ensure best practice service delivery.
We will continue to offer a diverse range of approaches to fitness and rehabilitation whilst creating a supportive and motivating atmosphere for all.
