 A varied strength session that focuses on full-body strength, stability and endurance.  Combining suitable weights, fitballs and other resistance equipment to develop overall strength, conditioning, and wellbeing.

 A gentle class that focuses on exercises to improve strength and balance, promoting mobility, and all-over joint movement. Combining sitting and standing exercises in a safe and controlled environment.

Aqua Fitness

 Our most advanced class, which includes a range of exercises targeting strength, balance, and the cardiovascular system. Exercise will utilise both bodyweight and external resistance. If you already have a solid baseline of fitness and want to be challenged further this may be the class for you.

Aqua Fitness

 Group exercise session in the pool which incorporates strength, balance, and cardio exercises to promote overall fitness and conditioning. Suitable for individuals who enjoy water-based activity and want a low impact alternative to land exercise.

 A male exercise session designed to improve strength and fitness in a dynamic and fun environment.

 Onero is an evidence based group exercise program designed to improve bone density, balance and muscular strength for people with osteoporosis or low bone density.

It focuses on safe, targeted strength and impact exercises to reduce fracture risk and support long term bone health.

Move to Improve- Individual Program Class

 A small group class where you will complete your own individualised program. This program is designed to focus on your area of needs whether that be an acute injury, chronic pain or health condition and help you work towards your goals.

Hydrotherapy

Move to Improve- Individual Program Class

 Development and supervision of individual exercise programs for specific injuries/conditions, performed in the warm hydrotherapy pool, and monitored by a physiotherapist.  

Location: Aquatic Centre

Fit to Fight (Cancer Rehab)

 A class for individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer. Clients will complete an individualised exercise program in a safe and supportive group environment.

Move and Shout (Parkinsons)

Move and Shout (Parkinsons)

 A specific class for clients with a diagnosis of Parkinson’s. This class uses evidence-based exercises specific to the management of Parkinson’s Disease.

 An evidence-based program for people suffering from osteoarthritis of the hips and/or knees. Involves a 6-week program incorporating exercise and education with 2 sessions per week.

 Phylates (physio-led Pilates) is a low-impact class that incorporates exercises based on Pilates principles, focusing on core strength, stability, flexibility, and overall body endurance. It combines mat-based exercises with both body weight and external resistance to enhance posture, balance, and functional strength for all fitness levels.
